The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will soon declare SSC result and HSC Result for the exam conducted in the month of March 2013 and soon will declare the results.
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), Pune is responsible for conducting High School and Intermediate examinations. The board will soon declare result for both SSC (Secondary School Certificate) and HSC (Higher Secondary School Certificate) examination on its official website.
The examination is conducted in the following 9 divisions- Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amaravati, Nasik, Latur and Konkan.
While the class 10 exams were conducted from 2 March 2013 to 25 March 2013, exams for Class 12 were conducted between 21 February 2013 and 25 March 2013. In 2012, the Maharashtra HSC Result was declared in the last week of May 2012 whereas the result for Maharashtra SSC 2012 was declared in the first week of June 2012.

In 1977, the act was amended and the board was renamed as Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) and is an autonomous and self financing body. The primary role of the board is to conduct the SSC and HSC examination.
